We offer SECURE ONLINE ORDERING. We also accept checks. (See below).
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED UPS OR FEDERAL EXPRESS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. Orders are shipped within 7 business days of receiving order. Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. We ship to continental UNITED STATES DESTINATIONS ONLY due to package size/weight and shipping costs. Rarely it occurs that an item is placed on backorder due to manufacturer delay. We will notify you by email if this occurs so that you may choose to wait for the backordered item, select another item or cancel your order.
Return/Refund Policy: 30 days on all merchandise. We are dedicated to getting the correct merchandise to you in excellent condition and make every effort to do so. However, if your order arrives incomplete or unsatisfactory, please notify us at email@example.com immediately. We will then advise you how to return merchandise. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your new hammock or hammock swing chair.
If you prefer to pay by check, please send us an email telling us the item number(s), description, color and price. We will figure the shipping costs and email you with the total amount due. You may then mail a check to My Hammock Store, P.O. Box 58, Bulverde Texas 78163. Once your check has been processed, we will ship your order.
