ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED UPS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. Orders are shipped within 7 business days of receiving order. Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. We ship to UNITED STATES DESTINATIONS ONLY due to package size/weight and shipping costs.
Return/Refund Policy: 30 days on all merchandise. We are dedicated to getting the correct merchandise to you in excellent condition and make every effort to do so. However, if your order arrives incomplete or unsatisfactory, please notify us at support@myhammockstore.com immediately. We will then advise you how to return merchandise. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your new hammock or hammock swing chair!
If you prefer to pay by check, please send us an email telling us the item number(s), description, color and price. We will figure the shipping costs and email you with the total amount due. You may then mail a check to My Hammock Store, P.O. Box 58, Bulverde Texas 78163. Once your check has been processed, we will ship your order.
